With this being a show with Drag Queens, it was very important to make the costumes pop while at the same time making sure the lighting didn't take away from the makeup they wore. Along with that, many of the costumes had a great deal of red, so whatever I used had to mix well and not drastically change the color of the costumes. I used R77 as a cool so that their faces wouldn't get washed out and the red of the costume wouldn't be muddy looking. The R372 was to help balance out the cool/green of the R77 and add a touch more to the overall cool wash.

For Judy's Scary Little Christmas, we needed versatile colors that were saturated and punchy without sacrificing intensity. R3202 and R3208 provided clear front and sidelight, and R54 brought a hint of color into naturalistic scenes. R358 and R27 filled the stage with rich color, and R368 offset the color systems with a cool back wash.

This photo is during the end of the concert for the end of the year. I needed an even spread of color so I decided to go with these two colors in order to get a good two color separation.

This photo is of the Urinetown set. The main lighting aspect came from the parcans at the edge of the stage, which produced a creepy look on the actors' faces.

In this show, we used a variety of different lighting effects. For our main washes for 12 areas, we used R02 amber, which is shown in the photo. We also used basic RGB on the cyc, to create a variety of different colors. For a forest scene, we used a white drop onto which we projected forest-type gobos to create a forest-like atmosphere.
